Most of you probably know that on the morning of Saturday, November 28, Renji-san received a mysterious bouquet of white flowers. The sender left no identification, which leads me to believe that it's a secret admirer! As the president of the Renji-san Fanclub, I don't see why admiration of Renji-san needs to be kept a secret, but I'm sure that she has her motives.

However, if any of you witness incidents of suspicious Renji-san admiration, be sure to report it immediately!

Oi, Renji-san. Happy belated birthday! Sorry I didn't send you a message on the day of, but things've been kinda... well, I'm sure you heard that Oodora's gone, so I've kinda been occupied with some other stuff. I got you a present, but Charlemagne couldn't carry it, so you'll just have to wait until you come home to get it.

I hope Zabimaru's okay and that everything's all right out there. The Fifth's okay, so is Squad Eight, but everyone's a little shaken. Just take care, an' we'll see you soon.

Hey, guys, have any of you seen a large, golden-colored, two-tailed tiger wandering around? He has a gourd tied around his neck and kind of smells like sake, and he answers to the name Oodora. I couldn't find him anywhere in the Fifth, so I thought he might've been out raiding other Divisions' pantries for alcohol, but I've looked everywhere and I haven't seen him.

If any of you do see him, please give him some water or tomato juice and ask him to come back to the Fifth?

To the Fifth Division: If you have any alcoholic beverages that you don't want consumed by a giant tiger, I suggest you put them in your personal stash. Oodora is hitting the bottle harder than usual, so please don't say I didn't warn you when all your liquor is gone.

Okay, so that's not actually me, but I swear I made a goal JUST LIKE THAT. Anyone can join us, we try to hold games during times when the most people are off duty. If you're interested, just let me know.

Hey everyone! I'm finally out of the Fourth today! They told me to take it easy with training, and I still have a cast on my arm, but I can still work! It's good to be home~.

It's really shameful that people are still behaving this way towards the Vaizard when it should be obvious by now that they're our friends. Don't think I'm gonna go easy on anyone in this squad if I find you guys takin' part in this hate fest. It's not appropriate behavior for a member of the Eighth squad and I won't put up with it.

So, being in the Fifth Division has been pretty awesome~~! Doing activities and training with my squad has kept me really busy; being the Eighth seat is challenging, but it's nothing I can't handle. It's made Oodora wake up a little bit, at least, which is a good thing. My Zanpakutou can be such a lazy bum sometimes, it's good to get him up and about.

Oh, and another thing~! Renji-san came up with a new name for me! Konoe Rikichi. Everyone can still call me Rikichi, though. Wouldn't want anyone thinkin' I was putting on airs and graces 'cause I have two names instead of just one!

Say hello to Rikichi of the Fifth Division! I begin duty as the new Eighth Seat tomorrow, and I'm looking forward to meeting everyone. I'm sure we'll all get along just fine!
